All payments must be completed before orders are processed for delivery (except Pay on Delivery).
We aim to deliver orders within 1–7 business days, depending on your location. For customers in Agbor and surrounding areas, same-day or next-day delivery may be available. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product if it is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original method of payment or bank transfer.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, or may incur a return/restocking fee. Customers are advised to contact us immediately if cancellation is needed.
